We suggest you study the Custom Dimensions requirements below and then do a measure-up. Then send us an email with your requirements, including dimensions, photos and sketches. We’ll take a look and get back to you with a quote and to answer any questions you might have.
Custom Dimensions
Main Dimensions
A – Overall screen width (mm) – we can go up to 4m, but recommend keeping individual screens 3m or less if possible
B – Overall screen height (mm) – typically up to 1,500mm, but feel free to specify whatever height suits you best
C – Distance from Ceiling (mm) – this can be whatever you like, and you can change it to suit during installation. We only ask this to gauge approximately how long the hanging cords should be. You can, of course, mount the track directly to the ceiling, eliminating the cords altogether.
Optional cutout
We can create a cut-out for you to allow interaction through the screen (or, if you’d prefer, you could cut one yourself once it is in place.)
G – distance from left hand side of screen to left hand side of cut-out (mm)
H – width of cut-out (mm)
I – height of cut-out (mm)
optional ceiling bracket
The optional ceiling bracket can be used to affix the screen to the ceiling where connection points are limited (e.g. a suspended roof with loose panels)
D – the distance, centre-to-centre, between two known fixing points (mm)
E – distance from fixing point to left hand outer edge of screen (mm)
F – distance from fixing point to right hand outer edge of screen (mm)
installation options
The kitset allows for a number of installation options depending on your requirements.
Features
- 0.75mm thick Clear PVC (fire retardant option available on request)
- Professionally PVC welded joins and hems
- Suspended by a pre-drilled aluminium bolt-rope track (allowing screen to be easily slid in and out of position when required)
- Multiple installation options, including direct mount or suspended hanging supplied hooks/saddles and cord
- Supplied cord has a clever locking device (cleat) that means no need to tie knots and allows easy height adjustment
- An aluminium angle section is also provided for tricky installations such as suspended ceilings where there are limited opportunities for a secure hanging fittings
- A sleeved and weighted bottom edge ensures the PVC drapes nicely
- Eyelets either side of the bottom edge so that screen can be tided in place to reduce movement / flapping
- Bottom edge can also be taped in place along the edge of a counter or desk using double sided tape
